Ingredients
Method
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Glaze the Salmon:
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon or brush the glaze generously over the top of each fillet.
- Bake:
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is slightly caramelized.
- Serve:
- Serve warm with rice, steamed veggies, or a fresh salad.
Notes
- Pan-sear option: Sear salmon skin-side down in a skillet for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes. Add glaze and simmer until thickened.
- No marmalade? Use orange juice with a bit of honey or brown sugar as a quick substitute.
- Add heat: Stir in a pinch of chili flakes or sriracha to the glaze.
- Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Delicious cold over salads!
