Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven:
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Make the Glaze:
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Glaze the Salmon:
  6. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon or brush the glaze generously over the top of each fillet.
  7. Bake:
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is slightly caramelized.
  9. Serve:
  10. Serve warm with rice, steamed veggies, or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Pan-sear option: Sear salmon skin-side down in a skillet for 3–4 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes. Add glaze and simmer until thickened.
  • No marmalade? Use orange juice with a bit of honey or brown sugar as a quick substitute.
  • Add heat: Stir in a pinch of chili flakes or sriracha to the glaze.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Delicious cold over salads!
