Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard (if using), olive oil, garlic, and paprika until smooth.
Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over the top, spreading it evenly.
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Spoon sauce over the chicken halfway through baking for extra flavor.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh rosemary or parsley. Serve hot with rice, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.
