Make the Chicken Patties:
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, olive oil, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix gently until combined. Shape into 4 equal patties.
Cook the Patties:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F and outside is nicely browned.
Make the Salsa:
In a bowl, gently combine avocado, corn, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and seasoning. Stir carefully to avoid mashing the avocado.
Toast the Buns (Optional):
Lightly toast buns on the grill or skillet until golden.
Assemble the Burgers:
Layer each bun with lettuce or greens, a chicken patty, and a generous scoop of avocado corn salsa. Add any additional sauces or toppings you like.
