Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish optional

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken:
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Make the Ranch Sauce:
  1. In a bowl, mix sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Assemble:
  1. Spread the ranch sauce evenly over each chicken breast. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake:
  1. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/75°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
