Method
- Remove membrane from ribs. Pat dry.
- Mix all dry rub ingredients and coat both sides of ribs.
- Place ribs in crockpot. Pour 1.5 cups BBQ sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.
- Optional: Broil with extra sauce for 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
