Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Make the Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates. Grill chicken 6–8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Glaze and Serve:
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with the citrus glaze. Remove from grill, rest for 5 minutes, then brush with more glaze before serving.
