Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Baking Dish:
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the fish fillets in a single layer.
Assemble Topping:
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, olives, capers (if using), garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle in the remaining olive oil and lemon juice; toss to coat.
Bake:

- Any mild white fish will work well in this recipe.
- Adjust the toppings to your liking — add sliced red onion or roasted bell peppers for more flavor.
