Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Prepare the Topping:
  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Assemble:
  1. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
Bake:
  1. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  2. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Garnish and Serve:
  1. Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
