Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add Chicken:
- Fold in the shredded chicken and mix until well combined. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Add Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake:
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Serve:
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
