Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Topping:
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the Filling:
  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add Chicken:
  1. Fold in the shredded chicken and mix until well combined. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Add Topping:
  1. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake:
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Serve:
  1. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
